I’ve noticed a lot of strange eyebrows recently and can remember reading an article on this somewhere can’t quite remember where but..er, anyroad.

It basically underlined the golden eyebrow rules based on hair colour.

I really agreed with them so here goes…

Blondes

In order to add defintion it is best to have eyebrows that are a few shades darker than you hair,

and I mean a FEW , you want soft defintion not hard slapper :)

Brunettes

Eva does it right with having her eyebrows a little bit lighter than her hair colour this is to soften the brunette look and to not look to ‘hard’

but at the same time not too light that it looks daft.

Redheads

Similiar to Blondes, because some paler redheads have almost invisible brows, try to create defintion but in a subtle way a soft brown pencil kinda colour.

These aren’t hard and fast rules though, there are SOME people who can pull the  frosted eyebrow or dark ones or nearly invisibles one :)

I cand across this good link about eyebrow styling whilst browsing this :)

enjoy

till next time

All you ivory and porcelain lovelies with sympathise with me ,

when I say the choice for foundation for very pale people is very poor at times.

The shopping trips made that start off with such enthusiaism, that gradually trickles off into despair to the point where I’d wear anyhthing that didnt make me look like a tangerine.

Anyhoo I came aross a good buy the other day.

Lasting Perfection Foundation form Collection 2000

Its Shade of Ivory, is for a change…….fit for pale skin.

The appearance on your skin is smooth and creamy, and coverage is excellent.

The foundation is oil free, and I’ve noticed you don’t really get sticky hand syndrome ith this one.

A little bit goes a long way. Using one skirt does pretty well on my face and

I have a lot of face to cover :)

Colour 8/10

Coverage 7/10

Texture 7/10

This is a definate winner for me , all of you Porcelain Dolls give this a go :)

If your a falsie fashionsita

or are simply a false lash novice like me and need to practice, get yourself

N.Y.C.New York Colour False Lashes.

I bought them for £1.99,

yeah thats right £1.99!!!

bargain or what :) and they are self adhesive and work very well :) .

All you have to do is use tweezers at the end of the strip lash line and apply by pressing the inner corner in first , and smooth along the lash.

The styles are limited but vary in fullness, If a more vivid lash style is for you Eyelure is helpful, however more expensive.

Go for it! Faking it has never been so much fun :)

This review is of Collection 2000’s Collagen Curl Mascara.

I bought this for £3.98 , it may possibly be dearer at other places.

the shade I got is Ultra Black

especially as I bought it at a supermarket , department stores etc may cost more generally.

When I saw it the packaging was the first thing that attracted me to it, and when i looked at the brush (I don’t know if everyone does this but I always do) , It looked a good long brush with good curl.

And plus the price was a bit of a bargain.

Pro’s- Easy to Apply, makes a noticeable difference. (not as much as the advert , but they never do) makes lashes noticably fuller.

Cons- Takes a few coats to get a good effect.

Overalll -7/10

Hiya,

This is the first post I have done in this section, hoping to do more but I thought this would be a good first one to do.

Not too long ago I purchased the Manly 120 coloureyeshadow pallette.

Its hot! I’d wanted one for agesss so when the opportuntiy came to buy one of the godsend that is ebay i jumped at the chance.

As you can see it has an array of colours from the bright orange to dark black.

The colours in the pallete are also a mixture of matte colours and shimmer powder which is epecially helpful.

The colours are highly pigemted so even the pale colours go on smoothly and strongly which is great for all the people who get annoyed by eyeshadow loking great inthe box than looking rhubarb on your eyelid, bad times ..but not with this.

I also noticed there is some marble effect shadows on the pallette e.g. bright orange and green etc.

All in all I recommend this to anyone a make up mad person or an occasional make up wearer. The price can differ especially on Ebay but look around for a bargain you can usually find one :)

I give the 120 manly pallette 9/10

Hey!!!

I need to some catching up with my tutorials and make some new ones , I have some idea’s about some I’m gonna do,

And I may finally get round to learning how to use false lashes ….I know I’m like the only girl left who doesnt know how to,

I hang my head in shame lol

The big freeze in England had kinda left me housebound for weeks , and as of yesterday unable to walk ..bad times haha! So after its over I’ll try n get some stuff to review and just look out for new things n shizzle :)

I made a guestbook page last night after it was suggested to me and I thought it was a pretty good idea. I want to hear what people really think about the site.

Is it yay or nay? good or krud? (That pun was awful I apologise )

I don’t mind brutal honesty, be as cheeky as you like.

Untill then take care and heres a lil peek of the next one ..

Hey just going to do a lil run through of the brushes I use …

big black brush

this brush is good for applying e.g. an all over colour like a neutral base. this brush gives a good all over coverage, or possibly to blend.

bigbrushthis is another brush which is good for all over colour , the wide set brush gives it the ability to cover evenly & well. Can be used for blend but not fine blending as it can cause a bit off mess.

black blending brushthis is the main brush I use for blending , becasue its has a gentle fluffy quality aswell as being slightly narrow which is good for more definition whilst blending.

cheap applicator brushThis is a hidden gem, I got this for like £2 at a drugstore. Was a good bargain works pretty well as a general applicator brush on the bottom eyelids.

eyeshdow applicator brush bodyshopThis brush is a very good applicator , can be used for bottom eyelids or lashline. This is type of brush from the Body Shop costs a pretty penny but is worth it .

fine application frontcover

This is a good brush to use for underneath the lashline or to use in the crease. the fine tip works well for definition.

frontcover doubleendedThis brush is good for blending or using it for highlight powder, just below the eyebrow.

lip brushthis is a pretty run of the mill lip brush can purchase one form most drugstores, and are usually cheap. lip brushes are good for creating more definition and staying power from lip colour.

lip&concealer brushThis can be used as a lip brush or a concealer brush, remeber to wash inbetween if tyou do both lol.

narrow applicatorThis applicator I recived with an eyeshadow , it looked so nifty I decided to take it out & keep it for fine defintion, e.g. lower lashline, inner corner of the eye.

smudger black body shopThis is a smudger , used to blend out colour.

wide applicator sponge

This is an applicator, they are good for a strong application of colour.

Thankyou for reading hope it may have been helpful.
